What is the 100-days return all about?
100-DAYS RETURNS POLICY
Notwithstanding your legal Right to Cancel, we voluntarily offer you as a consumer the following returns policy: You can return items from our shop within 100 days of receipt, provided they are unused and undamaged.
Please send only to our Returns Center address.
We will refund the purchase price, but will not cover the shipping or return shipping costs. You are responsible for any risks during transport.
Our take-back promise does not affect your legal rights or your Right to Cancel.
Non-standard or custom items are excluded from this voluntary returns policy.
SWITZERLAND: Returns from Switzerland are possible wihthin 100 Days after delivery, for a handling fee of CHF25. For the return the same delivery company has to be employed. Please contact our customer service for arrangements.
United Kingdom: Returns from the United Kingdom are possible wihthin 100 Days after delivery, for a handling fee of GBP25. For the return the same delivery company has to be employed. Please contact our customer service for arrangements.
What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

How do I return items?
Items sent by parcel service
Please use your preferred parcel service to return the goods to us. We are happy to send you a prepaid return label upon request for returns within Germany and from Austria.
Please read the section Right to Cancel for information regarding possible return shipment costs.
Please contact our customer service if you would like to return a bulky item (1.20 m or longer) or if the item was delivered by a carrier. We will send you a return label or order a goods collection and ensure that the items are promptly picked up from your home, office or company address.
How do I package my return correctly?
Packaging the goods
Please avoid any damage or soiling of the goods. Where possible, please return the item in its original packaging, with all accessories and all packaging components. Please add a protective outer packaging where necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please be sure to use suitable packaging for sufficient protection from damage in transit.
