How much will I have to pay for shipping?


Free shipping for orders over €100

Standard shipping €5,95

Shipping to a delivery address in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Denmark is free for orders over €100. Under that amount, a flat rate shipping fee of €5,95 is applied per order.

Shipping of long goods: For P-SLOT wall rails from a length of 150 cm, the shipping costs total €8,95.

The flat rate shipping fee for style samples is €4,95. We offer a reduced rate small parts flat rate shipping fee of €4,95. All items that qualify for that reduced rate have the reduced fee displayed on their product page.

We add no surcharge for carrier deliveries.

We are unfortunately unable to deliver to islands.

How long will it take to receive my delivery?


Delivery time

We indicate the availability and delivery time of each item on the product page. Should your order include items with different stated delivery times, then the longest delivery time will apply for the entire shipment. 

The delivery time shown on the product page applies for deliveries to Germany and the Netherlands. Please add two more working days to the delivery time displayed if the merchandise is to be shipped to France, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria or Belgium.

Start of delivery period

The delivery period for prepaid orders begins the day after the payment order is submitted to the originating bank. For other methods of payment, the delivery period begins the day after contract conclusion. It ends with the final day of the indicated period.

Where the last day of the indicated period is a Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be the final day of the indicated period.

Shipping method

Will my order be delivered by parcel service or by a carrier?


Parcel service

Smaller shipments are dispatched as parcels or letters. Delivery is handled by GLS. You will receive an email containing your tracking number on the day your goods are dispatched. Deliveries are done Monday-Friday. Please indicate a specific delivery day in the comment field at the end of the order process if you need a particular delivery day. Contact  Customer Service if you require an express delivery.

Carrier delivery

We work with the carrier DB Schenker (now part of DSV) for the delivery of large consignments. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. You will receive an email containing your tracking number on the day of the goods dispatch, which will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

The carrier will deliver curbside on a disposable pallet. Carrying everything inside will be up to you.

Electronic notification included

Once your order has been handed over to DB Schenker/DSV, you will receive an email notification with the delivery date and a 6-hour delivery window. You can reschedule the delivery with DB Schenker/DSV by phone or email.

Customers with a delivery address outside Germany will receive a link to the carrier’s online portal, where they can choose their preferred delivery date and time slot.
