We offer transparent, flat-rate shipping throughout the contiguous United States — making delivery costs simple and predictable, regardless of shipment weight or destination.

Our shipping area includes all 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or possessions, or P.O. boxes.

How long will it take to receive my delivery?
Order Processing
We process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after they are placed.
Shipping Origin:
All Orders ship from Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your order and destination. Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days from the date the order is placed. This timeframe includes order processing.

Shipping method
Will my order be shipped by parcel or freight?
Parcel delivery
FedEx, UPS, USPS
We ship most parcel orders with FedEx, UPS or USPS. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package along the way.
FedEx deliveries may be made Monday through Sunday, while UPS deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, depending on your location. If another carrier is used, delivery days may vary.
Freight delivery
FedEx Freight
Orders over 160 lbs. are shipped via freight and securely packaged on a wooden pallet. The carrier will unload the pallet from the truck and place it in an accessible location, such as your driveway, garage, porch, or another suitable covered area. The final drop-off location depends on accessibility at the delivery address.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information and a link to track your delivery online. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.
Once your order reaches the local freight terminal, FedEx Freight will contact you to schedule a delivery window. An adult must be present to accept and sign for the delivery. Storage or redelivery fees may apply if you don’t schedule your appointment or are unavailable at the agreed delivery time.
