How much will I have to pay for shipping?

Standard shipping, €6.95 – free shipping over €100

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €100. Under that amount, a flat rate fee of €6.95 applies per order for packaging and shipping. For small parts and accessories within Germany or decor samples outside Germany a reduced shipping fee of €4.95 applies.

France

Standard shipping, €9.95 - free shipping over €100

Shipping is free for orders over €100. Under that amount, a flat rate fee of €9.95 applies per order for packaging and shipping. For decor samples a reduced shipping fee of €4.95 applies.

United Kingdom

Standard shipping, £9.95 - free shipping over £100

For shipping to the United Kingdom, a flat rate fee of £9.95 applies per order for packaging and shipping. For decor samples a reduced shipping fee of £4.95 applies.

Switzerland

Free Shipping - Flat Customs Charges 25 CHF

We offer transparent prices. No hidden costs. We accept in your place:

  • Shipping fees, incl. telephone notification of forwarding deliveries
  • Currency difference
  • 7.7% turnover tax on imports
  • 10% customs clearance + customs charges

NOTICE: In case of some competitors, these costs are often not apparent at first glance. You would only be informed and would have to pay when your goods arrive!
The customs charges for decor samples are 10 CHF.

Other EU-Countries

Delivery Time

When can I expect my delivery?


Current information on delivery times

Due to the Covid 19 crisis, delivery times may be subject to short-term changes at the moment. On each product page you can see the current delivery time of your product.

We do our best to maintain our assortment. Because we get our products from different suppliers, some products may have longer delivery times despite all our efforts. So it can happen that they are sometimes not available at short notice. Should this be the case with your desired product, we ask for your understanding in this extraordinary time.

 

Immediately available merchandise

We indicate the availability and delivery time right next to the item.

The delivery period for prepaid orders begins the day after the payment order is submitted to the originating bank. For other methods of payment, the delivery period begins the day after contract conclusion and ends with the final day of the indicated period. Where the last day of the indicated period is a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday at place of delivery, the next working day shall be the final day of the indicated period.

We indicate the availability and delivery time right next to the item. In Germany, immediately available merchandise will arrive within 1 to 5 working days. For all other countries, delivery may take between 3 and 8 days.

Merchandise with a specific delivery time

Items with a specific delivery time are relevantly indicated in the shop. The delivery time is displayed next to the item. It applies for shipments to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Please add two more days to the delivery time displayed if the merchandise is to be shipped to Belgium, Denmark, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovakia or the Czech Republic.

Note: The longest delivery time shall apply for the entire shipment if the order contains items with varying delivery times.

Shipping Method - Parcel or Forwarder

Will my order come via parcel service or carrier?


Parcel delivery

Smaller shipments are dispatched as parcels or letters. Delivery is handled by DHL or GLS. You will receive an email containing your tracking number on the day your goods are dispatched. Deliveries are made Mo-Sa (DHL) or Mo-Fr (GLS). Where required, please indicate a specific delivery day in the comment field at the end of the order process. Please contact our customer service if you require an express delivery.

NOTE: We are unable to deliver to packstations.

Delivery via forwarder

Large shipments are delivered via the forwarder Schenker. You will receive an email containing your tracking number on the day of the goods dispatch, which will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Where required, please indicate a specific delivery day for the forwarder in the comment field at the end of the order process.

NOTE: The forwarder will deliver curbside on a disposable pallet. You're responsible for moving all items inside your home.
