The "Shelf Planner" tool is protected by copyright.
The user is only permitted to use the "Shelf Planner" tool for planning and inspiring purposes for private use. The user is authorized to print and save created design plans.
It is not permitted to use the tool, or any material contained, beyond the actual intended purpose, including, but not limited to, promotional, public or commercial sense.
The user is not authorized to decrypt, decompile, disassemble, alter, modify, or translate the tool. Also, the use of this tool to develop new software or any other technology that has the same primary function as the tool itself is not allowed. In addition, the use for development or testing procedures aimed at the development of similar software or technologies or for determining whether the software or other technologies are similar to this tool is not permitted.
The provisions of §§ 69a ff. UrhG (Copyright Act) shall remain unaffected.
